The report viewer inside Power View allows you to view the Calendar Analytics report in an interactive way and you'll have a choice of how you wish to present your data.
The Calendar Analytics report contains the following sections:
On the Ribbon click the Options tab under Data.
In the Options dialog box click the Settings icon to the right of the All section.
The Settings dialog box opens.
Select the option where you want to save this report.
Select OK.
