1. Be ruthless in your self-assessment- Ask yourself the hard questions:
- What are your true talents? I understand how to attract new employees, create excitement, identify customer needs, and tell stories.
- What are you truly bad at? I'm not a programmer. I'm not very technical. I have no idea how to find top technical talent.
