Besides eating healthy, one needs to be engaged in some sort of physical activity in order to meet weight-loss or weight-management objective. In this regard, outdoor activities, such as bicycling, hiking and jumping rope, etc are all excellent ways to lose weight.

Bicycling

Hiking
