about

Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles (30-100 nm) secreted into various human or animal biofluids and culture medium of cell cultures. Exosomes play a key role in the regulation of important cellular physiological and pathological functions, which are closely associated with almost all disease areas such as cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. Exosomes carry proteins, lipids, RNAs (microRNA, mRNA, ncRNA), and DNA that may serve as potential biomarkers for disease diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy.
