A temporary lift at a building site crashes, killing an engineer

Police officials said that on Monday, a temporary lift of an under-construction building crashed in Greater Noida, killing a private company engineer in his 28s.
The police have called the Chief Managing Director of Ace Group of Builders, Ajay Choudhury, and project manager Sanjay Nagar, along with unidentified owners and managers of Spartan, the company for which the engineer worked. The incident goes as follows, the death of a 28-year-old engineer on Monday while attempting to uninstall a temporary lift that fell 25 floors in Noida.
The deceased has been identified as Firozabad district native Ritik Rathore, 28 years old. The Gautam Budh Nagar police have booked the builder group and a lift manufacturing company for their alleged negligence in the death of a service engineer on Monday at an under-construction building site in Noida's Sector 150. Additionally, According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Greater Noida) Dinesh Kumar Singh, "He had come to remove the temporary lift, and during the process, the supporting system could not bear the load of the lift leading to the crash of the lift on the ground."
According to a senior official, the incident occurred around 4.15 p.m. in Sector 150, which is within the boundaries of the Knowledge Park police station. It occurred while workers were removing a temporary lift that was used to transport construction materials from the 25th floor of one of the residential towers.
Singh stated, "Rathore suffered severe injuries and was rushed to a private hospital, but he did not survive." He also mentioned that additional legal proceedings were being conducted in the case.
Meanwhile, Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh took note of the situation and directed the filing of an FIR. The right actions and investigation for the arrest of those responsible for the incident will be taking place.
He went on to say that the deceased lived in Firozabad. His family, who came from Firozabad, has filed a complaint late on Monday night. The family was informed of the incident, he stated.
Lakshmi Rathore stated in an FIR filed at the Knowledge Park police station on Monday that her husband used to be a service engineer for Spartan. She claimed that he had informed her that Ace's work was of poor quality, that poor materials were used, and that the lift maintenance had not been carried out correctly. An FIR was filed, bringing charges under the Indian Penal Code's Section 304A which states death due to negligence.
An official claim that the service provider company removed the temporary lift after it had been in place for a year at the location.
The official added that a proper lift with full service has been installed inside the building.
Mr. Singh, DCP Greater Noida, also mentioned that additional legal actions were being taken in the case. The situation was noticed by Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh, who then directed the filing of a FIR and the detention of those responsible. An official stated that the service provider company would be removing the temporary lift at the end of its year-long stay at the location.
According to Vinod Kumar Singh, in-charge of the Knowledge Park police station, "On the basis of the complaint, an FIR has been registered under Section 304A (death due to negligence) The family of the dead filed a complaint at the Knowledge Park police station late Monday night against the owners of Ace Group and Spartan Engineering, the company that erected the temporary lift. However, no arrests have yet been made in connection with the case.
