1, there is no response to the man-machine interface, no response to touching any part.

Solution: In this case, first check whether the connection interface is loose, and then check whether the serial port and interrupt number conflict. If it is caused by a conflict, adjust resources to avoid conflicts.

Secondly, check whether there is a crack on the surface of the man-machine interface, timely replacement. In addition, it is necessary to check whether there is dirt on the surface of the man-machine interface. If there is, remove it with a soft cloth. Check whether the indicator on the control box works properly. When normal, the indicator blinks green.

If all the above parts are normal, you can first replace the control box, then replace the touch screen, and finally replace the host machine to check the man-machine interface.

2, the man-machine interface is normal but the computer can not operate. One man-machine interface, after testing, everything is normal, but after connecting to the host, the computer can not run.

Deal with: There are two reasons for this. First, the human-machine interface driver version may be too low, need to install the latest driver. Secondly, it may be that the host begins to load the man-machine interface driver before the man-machine interface control card received the operation signal, so only need to turn off the power again after restarting the computer.

3. The precision of touch control decreases. A surface acoustic man-machine interface, which cannot be operated properly by touching the part of the display screen with fingers.

Treatment: There are two reasons for this phenomenon. The first possibility is that the reflective fringe of the sound barrier is slightly damaged and, if this occurs, cannot be fully repaired. The second possibility is that after using the sonic interface for a period of time, the reflective stripes around the screen are covered with dust, which can be wiped with a soft dry cloth, and then shut down, restart the computer, and recalibrate.
