Laboratory test involve several urines and blood tests. The health care provider may offer blood work to determine whether a health condition is congenital. This test is also critical when the doctor wants to establish oxygen levels in the blood. On the other hand, a urine test is preferred by doctors when they want to check for infections in the blood or other abnormalities.
